I love the simple yet adorable illustration she has for the healthy eating plate. I had difficulties fitting the cute illustrations onto the plate so I decided to prepare one real quickly. You can find it here.
It is good to talk about the different kinds of food and raise the awareness of the importance of the various food groups. Just like Adriel.. he only eats carrots as a vegetable -.-
When he is in a good mood, he would take some other vegetables. He would take some meat but as always, he loves his carbs. I hope this activity helps..
